The Ministry of Health has issued a letter disclaiming the fact that sale of nursing training admission forms for the 2021/2022 academic year has started.

In a letter signed by the Chief Director of the ministry, Mr. Kwabena Boadu Oku-Afari, he indicated that, “The Ministry of Health has taken note of an announcement circulating on some online news portals and social media platforms about the sale of the 2021 admission forms for prospective applicants wishing to enter the public health training institution in 2021. The ministry wishes to notify the public, especially, parents and prospective applicants that, it has not commenced the sale of the 2021 admission forms yet.”

He went on to say, “The announcement circulating is not from the Ministry of Health but may have been designed to lure unsuspecting applicants to part with their money. Please note that the ministry will officially communicate the date for the sale of the 2021 public health training institutions’ admission forms.”

The Ministry of Health is, therefore, urging the public to disregard the online and social media announcements regarding the 2021 admissions into the public health institutions since it is not authentic.
