Ghana Football Association President Kurt Okraku says the Ghana Football Association is looking forward to working with Callum Hudson-Odoi, amid calls for the Chelsea winger to switch national allegiance to Ghana.
According to FIFA’s new eligibility rules, the Champions League winner who has three England caps can still play for Ghana.
“I mean, I spoke with Callum before he got to Ghana, and we promised to speak again when we met in Ghana, and we have met, and we’ve had discussions that went beyond playing for Ghana, and he has a crazy ambition of helping kids in Ghana, and this is what excites me the most,” Okraku said on TV3’s WarmUp Plus.

“We are excited to work with Odoi and his family, as well as many other players who want to represent their country.”
“We have a lot of them like that, and we’re talking to the technical team and the political authorities about getting them to play for Ghana,” he said.
Hudson-Odoi, who was born in London, is spending his vacation in his home country.
