After a difficult first season, Black Stars midfielder Thomas Partey has assured Arsenal fans that everything will be fine next season with hard work.
After the Gunners paid his release clause to La Liga champions Atletico Madrid, the 28-year-old joined the Emirates on the summer transfer deadline day of the 2020/21 season.

Recurring injuries have hampered the Ghana deputy captain’s first season with Mikel Arteta’s team, limiting him to just 24 appearances in all competitions, two assists, and no goals.

Partey reveals that if you want to play in one of the best leagues in the world, you must do everything correctly.
He is looking forward to the Arsenal challenge and says he is ready to live up to the hype that has surrounded his move to England.
“I think everybody has seen it, ups and downs, good times and bad times, but you know this is my first season,” he said to TV3.
“I think I had to adapt to how they play and get used to my teammates, and I think I’m getting used to them now, and I know that with hard work, everything will be fine for the next season.”
“It’s not easy; that’s one of the best leagues in the world, and to be there, you have to be able to do everything well, so I like this challenge, and I’m ready to do everything.”
On Saturday, Thomas Partey played the full 90 minutes for the Ghana Black Stars in their 0-0 draw with the Elephants of Cote d’Ivoire in Cape Coast.
