Awake Tv’s Abena Asantewaa resigns

Max-Mum Multimedia (Awake Tv) yesterday was hit with the unexpected as two of their News Anchors are submitting their resignation letters to part ways with the firm.

Cherished readers here at Ghananewspress.com will recapitulate that it was reported on the 16th day of April, 2021 that Denkyembour Yeboah Charles has resigned as a News Anchor for the latter. 
News reaching Ghananewspress.com indicates that his co-host Matilda Abena Asantewaa Owusu known on the screen for Abena Asantewaa Ahwenepa has also penned down her resignation to the media house.

Abena Asantewaa who studied Journalism and Media Studies at the Ghana Christian University College and exited successfully, also went further to do her attachment as an Akan Newscaster and Assistant News Editor at ‘Vision1 93.5MHZ’ and as well at ‘Bold 105.5FM’ still maintaining her grounds and duties.

Abena Asantewaa Ahwenepa joined the Max-Mum Multimedia on July 27, 2020 as a producer and news anchor as well. After sometime working with the firm, she will like to explore some other opportunities and so wish to humbly resign from the journey at Max-Mum Multimedia (Awake Tv).

She made this known in a Facebook post on her Timeline stating how grateful she is for the experience the Institution gave her and that she will be missing her fans and supporters but they should look out for a new beginning soon ahead for them all.
